Mario’s Tacos was founded in East Los Angeles in 1969 by my Grandfather a Mexican immigrant from Michoacán, Mexico. We are a small family owned business that specializes in authentic Mexican home-made dishes that bring families & friends together. From freshly made salsas, Al Pastor, Carne Asada, Pork Carnitas, Chicharrón, Beef Birria & Barbacoa, Adobó Marínated Chicken, Chorizo, Chile Verde, Chile Colorado, Moles, Menudo, Pozole and many Mexican Soups “Caldos”, we Only use the highest quality fresh ingredients and spices to create the most delicious food in Southern Colorado with everything that we do. Thanks to the many years, family recipes, tradition, our experience and dedication, we’ve managed to become masters of the culture.
